My personal rule with this blog (and the reason that there are no ads on it) is that it's just for fun. When it's not fun, I don't worry about posting new recipes. Right now I have photos for about 6 posts on my camera, but I've been feeling a bit lethargic about posting. Plus I had surgery, that's a super good excuse, right?

Baked Siracha Potato Wedges with Blue Cheese Dipping Sauce
Have I mentioned how delicious and perfect potatoes are as a food? If not, they are just wonderful, versatile, delicious etc. etc.
I had a couple of baking potatoes left over after the Christmas holiday that needed to be used, and Nathan requested potato wedges. I had a little bit of crumbled blue cheese leftover from the holidays as well, so I decided to make the potato wedges spicy with a blue cheese sauce.

Greenbay Packers Baked Bratwurst Buns
Yesterday was a very important game for the Greenbay Packers against the Chicago Bears to determine whether or not they would go the playoffs, and Aaron Rodgers was back after his injury. And my husband says I don't pay attention. It's more a matter of caring, and I only care to the extent that I care that he cares.
